Hi! My name is Patri de Pedro and I live in Huesca, a beautiful city near the Pyrenees. As you can imagine, I grew up surrounded by colored pencils and watercolors. From a very young age I realize that drawing was my thing.

Once I finished my Illustration studies at San Telmo School in Malaga, I decided to focus my professional career on illustrating children ́s books. Now I have the privilege of working from home with my scholar cat Jonesy, who makes me company.

I marvel at fantasy literature, reinventing old children’s stories, and designing quirky characters.

Some of my recent works  as an illustrator are: Poesías para ser feliz como una perdiz written by Begoña Oro (2021); Viaje al país del ajedrez written by Shia Green (2021); La niña raíz written by Ariel Andrés Almada (2022) and Refranes, adivinanzas y trabalenguas que te traerán de cabeza written by Begoña Oro (2022)
